A basement conversion where the walls were furred out to install insulation, electrical outlets, and drywall, new windows, recessed can lights, carpeting, painting and trim. This project not only turned the basement into a comfortable living area, it increased the value due to an increased livable square footage.
Basements
A garage / basement conversion which converted the area from a garage and storage area into an office area for a home-based business and guest bedroom. The garage door was converted into a set of french doors, installed wall framing to prepare for insulation and electrical outlets, and drywall, ceramic tile flooring was installed, recessed can lighting, painting and trim. An non-functional area was converted to storage space with custom made cabinets to fit in the recessed wall area with T&G cedar doors for an added craftsman style touch.
